All you need to do is follow this steps.
1. After you have your biped character animated.
2. Select all bones including the center of mass.
3. Right-click Beside the timeline,place your cursor on *configure*>and select *show selection range* in the drop down list.
4. You ll notice it ll Show up immediately in the timeline below the animation keys.*it has two handles*
5. To reverse all you need to do is create more space for the animated keys, i.e if your animation is from frame 0-10 extend your timeline to frame 20, because this reverse process is like flipping horizontally, select all keys and *click and *drag the handle at frame zero and don't release until you get to frame 20.
6. Now slide the timeline slider to see a reversed animation.
7. You also can select all keys and place it at frame 0, to maintain you previous animation length.
